That's exactly what I'm proposing too, so it seems like we agree. I also
agree, btw, on the future state - when all hosts can run this, then
incorporating into dev/run-tests.py is a good idea.
I'm going to proceed by fixing all other open issues, and ping when this
can get another review, then.
