You're right, the prow-based codepath still does the cloning. Sorry! I did
remove the cloning and building option in the entry point
resource-managers/kubernetes/integration-tests/dev/dev-run-integration-tests.sh,
so it's not all still there.
@mccheah - Why do we need the prow-based codepath at all in this PR? AMPLab
jenkins doesn't use it. It only uses
resource-managers/kubernetes/integration-tests/dev/dev-run-integration-tests.sh
