I don't agree with you. Yes browsers are capable of doing auto refresh
through plugins (and actually this is the way I use the spark ui myself), but
the it seems like this is the only monitoring ui that does not possess this
ability built-in. I agree with you that we shouldn't over complicate the ui
code, but I don't think those few lines of self explanatory non-intrusive code
is complicating anything.
