@gatorsmile The last couple of build test failures appear to be entirely
unrelated to this PR. The error message in the one failed test reads
`org.scalatest.exceptions.TestFailedException: Unable to download Spark 2.2.0`.
Please run a new test build when you get back to the review if this is still
the last problem with this PR's test build.
