we could, but we tend to forget about them until the release, so I'd prefer
we don't and have everything in one PR.
not ideal, we could leave out code example, or maybe even vigenette, but we
really should have
- SparkR programming guide
- docs/ml-*.md for the "R" tab
which should only take a line or two.
