@mccheah nope no idea why the unit tests didn't trigger. the build config
hasn't changed, and the worker that this build ran on is one of the original
ubuntu workers (not freshly deployed), so i'm unsure.
i'll try and take a closer look later today. got a bunch of other stuff on
my plate.
maybe @ssuchter can help?
