Ah, I see, now monitor thread call "sc.stop" at the end of an application.
Actually, because sc.stop was not called in an user app, cleanups for
submitted jars on HDFS didn't work.
But now I expect that cleanup can work.
I'll close this PR after I confirmed that works well.
