Hey @mccheah I didn't realize you were trying to use Spark in this way. If
we want to support this we'd need to shade jetty in our core pom. I think
that's actually doable, but we'll also need to do this if downstream components
consume jetty as well.
I just went ahead and took a crack at this. Any chance you can test this
currently patch with your application?
If we can find a way to do this that is pretty straightforward, I do think
it would be nice to address embedded applications. This patch as it stands now
I think is pretty easy to reason about (I'll add some comments as well).
Hopefully it's no more complicated than this :P
