[JUST_TEST][NOT_MERGE] Test for VersionsSuite
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Few test cases in `VersionsSuite` continue to fail in my one PR. But it
isn't reproducible locally. This PR is just used to test running
`VersionsSuite` in current master branch.
## How was this patch tested?
