The change seems reasonable to me but could you also improve the
description? I mean, can you provide some evidence about how to reproduce the
issue and see that it is solved? In the JIRA you mention that the application
is being killed because of timeout, after applying the patch is this solved?
Can you provide some evidence of the performance before and after the patch of
the critical method?
