[HOT FIX] Copy Yarn shuffle jar only if it exists
This is introduced in #3147 and is failing builds without the `-Pyarn`
profile.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/andrewor14/spark fix-yarn-shuffle-build
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/3250.patch
