Things to note:
- [ ] `clusterrolebindings` might be needed to ensure driver can setup
necessary resources.
- [ ] Any way to include the hadoop-2.7.3.tgz so that the
`hadoop-base:latest` image can be built on the fly as opposed to pulling from
`ifilonenko/hadoop-base:latest`
