@huangjs Serialization is on the TODO list. Each parameter is associated
with a unique name and each object contains a unique id. So loading from or
saving to a configuration file is definitely feasible. We didn't expose
`getParam(String)` and `get/set(Param)` in this PR. But you should be able to
use them to load a pipeline configuration dynamically with a few lines of code,
if you are working under `org.apache.spark.ml`.
