Yeah it looks like its apache licensed:
http://www.datanucleus.org/documentation/license.html
It would be much nicer if it could be in in the assembly jar. Otherwise we
would have to add something similar to spark.yarn.jar but for other dependency
jars. Or change it to ship to a tarball or something else like that.
