Removing the depedency is good, but currently
- It's not clear the effective benefit for Apache Spark by downgrading the
dependency in the distribution.
- Downgrading in binary distributions might cause unnecessary side-effects
(or confusions) on the downstream users and apps.
If we can't get rid of the dependency effectivly, we had better keep the
current versions at least. In this case, there is no potential side-effect for
us to consider.
