You can set it through via the `optimizer.setUpdater`. It may not work well
for L1, but I want to reserve that position even we only support `None` and
`l2` at this time to be consistent with `LRWithSGD`. It will be awkward to
append `regType` to the end of the list if we want to add it in the future.
This is why I'd like to enforce named arguments.
