Now that we expose StageInfos in the job start event, do you think it's
worth adding a "Pending Stages" section to the stages page which lists stages
that will eventually be computed but which haven't started yet? Or do you
think this will be confusing to users?
I'm planning to add something like this to the job details page so that we
don't mis-list queued stages as active before they've started running. I'm in
the process of writing a Selenium test to document the current behavior.
