Hey @tdas just want to give you a heads up about this. Unfortunately there
is a bug in a maven plug-in we use that you can have a dependency of the form
"test-jar" and also have a "provided" dependency on the same module. To work
around this we've inlined some of the test classes in the external projects for
streaming. This requires a small amount of code duplication and will slightly
increase overhead. I'm going to pull this in since it's a blocker for 1.2 but
please let me know if there are any issues with this.
