[SPARK-26091][SQL] Upgrade to 2.3.4 for Hive Metastore Client 2.3
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Hive 2.3.4 is released on [Nov.
7th](https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?version=12344319&styleName=Text&projectId=12310843).
This PR aims to support that version.

Pass the Jenkins with the updated version
