@rvesse ... Actually, the usage in `docs/running-on-kubernetes.md` is very
generic. It does not even talk about language binding dockerfiles and other
options this script provides. To make it simple and generic, I can just mention
see `docs/running-on-kubernetes.md -h` for more details. Does that sound good?
