Add Spark version to UI header
I took a very basic stab at adding the Spark version number to the UI
header. This is the simplest place I could think to stick it without getting
into the CSS much, and this is how it looks:
Thoughts? I think it's nice to have in the UI but might need to look a
little different.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/srowen/spark SPARK-2143
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/3410.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
