Relying on a SNAPSHOT build sounds worse, but yes this one exists.
(PS earlier I meant to say that
https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/paho/org/eclipse/paho/mqtt-client/0.4.0/
doesn't exist, because `paho` is the new repo that this change suggests, not
`paho-releases`.)
