As a part of preparing the official JDK 11 support ([SPARK-24417](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-24417)), Spark 3.0.0 upgraded KAFKA version to 2.1.0. This PR updates Kafka dependency to 2.1.1 to bring the following 42 bug fixes. - https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/KAFKA/versions/12344250 ## How was this patch tested? Pass the Jenkins with the existing tests.
