When we submit an application using spark-submit, the `spark.driver.memory`
in properties file will be got by `driverMemory` in
`SparkSubmitArguments.scala`.
Then in `SparkSubmit.scala` the `args.driverMemory` will be passed to
`childArgs` in `--driver-memory` form. (`OptionAssigner(args.driverMemory,
YARN, CLUSTER, clOption = "--driver-memory"`)
So in cluster mode the `--driver-memory` in `ClientArguments.scala` comes
from three option, one is `spark.driver.memory` in properties file, the second
is `--driver-memory` in spark-submit args, last is `SPARK_DRIVER_MEMORY` in sys
env.
