I would like to refactor `limit.scala` slightly and introduce common trait `LimitExec` for `CollectLimitExec` and `BaseLimitExec` (`LocalLimitExec` and `GlobalLimitExec`). This will allow to distinguish those operators from others. ## How was this patch tested? by existing test suites.
