    @brennonyork The pull request builder actually tests the result of merging 
the upstream master into your branch, so you don't need to do anything to bring 
this branch up-to-date.  I'm not quite sure what's causing this issue, so I'll 
keep investigating.  Don't worry about merge conflicts; I'll fix them up in 
case they're introduced.
    
    @andrewor14 I don't think this is caused due to concurrency / contention on 
the test machine, since it looks like only this PR has been failing those tests.
