I will address your comments shortly. I saw you tested 'classifier', 'transitive' and 'exclude' options. @srowen suggested we should only add 'classifier' instead of making it more complex, but in our prod env(using this patch for over 2 years now), we do see a lot of use cases using other options. What do you think?
