For now, `ReuseSubquery` in Spark compares two subqueries at `SubqueryExec` level, which invalidates the `ReuseSubquery` rule. This pull request fixes this, and add a configuration key for subquery reuse exclusively. ## How was this patch tested? add a unit test.
