Review comment:
As I have see `DELTA_BYTE_ARRAY` will used for the types `BINARY` and
`FIXED_LEN_BYTE_ARRAY` and they are also handled differently in
`VectorizedDeltaByteArrayReader#readBinary`.
Is it possible to test both cases?
