Now this issue has two follow up issues: - support timestamp for "all partitions" (which I'll address it soon just after this patch is merged) - don't read from partitions which don't have matching offsets for given timestamp (this might be tricky for streaming query when dealing with not-yet-matched offsets in next batches)
