That most recent failure is due to a known flaky test,
_org.apache.spark.streaming.CheckpointSuite.recovery with file input stream_,
so I'm not going to make Jenkins re-test this.
This looks good to me, so I'm going to merge it into `master` (1.3.0) and
`branch-1.2` (1.2.1). Thanks for the PR!
