As with all the object store stuff, nobody trusts jenkins with their credentials. (I am actually thinking about how do that more safely, using AWS assumeRole to issue short-lived restricted credentials for the life of a test run, but I think our AWS bill payment team would still veto that. We'd need an AWS-provisioned a/c, really)
