See the discussion in the JIRA. Long story short, even Hadoop MapReduce
does not do this exclusion as those files are perfectly visible files and doing
exclusion like this for behavior of the FsShell is not cool. Also if you use
fileStream in the right way (by renaming files into the directory and not
copying) you will not encounter this issue.
