Hey Josh, thanks! (262 open PRs...wow... :-))
Per the branches, I checked branch-1.0, branch-1.1, and branch-1.2, and all
of them have the spark.files.userClassPathFirst config option, but with the
as-in-master code that doesn't do child -> parent fallback. Not sure how many
releases you're backporting too...
