This PR updates `AppStatusListener` to flush `LiveEntity` if necessary when receiving `SparkListenerExecutorMetricsUpdate`. This will ensure the staleness of Spark UI doesn't last more that the executor heartbeat interval. ## How was this patch tested? The new unit tests.
