I left a few more comments. There are clear inconsistencies between
`LiveListenerBus` and `StreamingListenerBus`, which can only be solved by
actually having `StreamingListenerBus` inherit `LiveListenerBus`. Since that is
to be a different PR, I would suggest that let us at least try to maintain
feature parity between them even with duplicate code. For eg., the bug with
posting Shutdown event should be solved for both classes.
