The capability PR for batch updated the analysis checks and these capabilities are primarily for validating compatibility instead of failing later. I understand wanting to get this in, but this was the very [first problem I raised](https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/24129#issuecomment-474007873) and there has been plenty of time to work on a solution.
