@hzlyx As @srowen mentioned, this is a contract to avoid the expensive
check. You can use
https://github.com/hzlyx/spark/blob/master/mllib/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/mllib/linalg/Vectors.scala#L191
if the indices are not ordered.
