 Review comment:
   I'll add a comment in ResourceInformation about the units.    I can see 
people possibly wanting to know more about a specific resource but I left that 
out for now and think it would be added as like resource attributes.  There you 
could put specified gpu types.  theoretically you could roll just cpu cores and 
system memory to be a resource rather then having them a separate entities.
