That's a good point. I took another look at the `ExternalCatalog`. Spark always lower-case the identifiers before query catalogs under case-insensitive mode, so that `ExternalCatalog` can be case sensitive. Shall we add some doc to `TableCatalog` and say it should be case sensitive?
