 Review comment:
   vendorDomain sounds like it is a bit more explicit in terms of what it's 
expecting. IMO, it's expected semantic should not depend on what back-end is in 
play.  If vendor domain is a purely k8s component (and it may not be) then 
could consider scoping it `spark.kubernetes....`, but in general these are all 
project hydrogen related and so should not refer to any one backend.
