Have tested using command `./spark-submit --class
org.apache.spark.examples.SparkPi --master yarn-cluster
../lib/spark-examples*.jar`.
Before this patch, client will launch SparkSubmitDriverBootstrapper first
then SparkSubmit process.
After this patch, client will launch SparkSubmit directly.
It meets our expect.
