If I remove `TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA` from the list of ciphers in
`SSLSampleConfigs.scala`, most tests pass for me. "remote fetch ssl on -
untrusted server" fails, but that doesn't seem to be because of the code, but
because it's expecting the wrong exception (so a test issue).
Another interesting point: if I comment out `spark.ssl.enabledAlgorithms`
altogether, then the tests seem to timeout.
