In `ApplicationMaster.scala` we have:
>val maxAppAttempts = client.getMaxRegAttempts(sparkConf, yarnConf)
val isLastAttempt = client.getAttemptId().getAttemptId() >=
maxAppAttempts
So if user set an value larger than the yarn's one. In current case
`isLastAttempt` will be `false` ever. Right?
