Thanks for being clear in your last comment which creates different situation :) So as I understand your main concern is this: > we should not put the refactoring and new behavior like CaseInsensitiveMap into a single PR. Do I get it correct that you're fine with `CaseInsensitiveMap` and renaming has to be rolled back? The more properly I see your point the less time will it take to adopt the PR.
