In my opnion, we might do the thing like LogisticRegression. i.e, add new
class like ANNClassifierWithLBFGS in ANNClassifier.scala . The goal is to let
optimizer be extendable and keep the core algorithm stable.So when other guys
want to add one optimizer, the only thing then need to do is and another class,
such as ANNClassifierWithXXXX.
