Thanks Chip - I will pull this in. After some more thought on this, I'm
just going to pull this into master for 1.3+ and for 1.2 we'll just publish the
original REPL with all the open permissions. My concern is giving people some
time to adjust to the new locked down permissions before we ship it in a
release.
