This came up again on the mailing list -- can't find a permalink but it's
the message titled "run time exceptions in Spark 1.2.0 manual build together
with OpenStack hadoop driver". I suggest committing a variant on this change.
Leave the default version at 1.8.8 to be more conservative vis-a-vis Hadoop
1.x, but update all the Hadoop 2.x profiles to set the Jackson version to
1.9.13. That would seem to solve all the problems.
