But it seems the main query does not update the subquery in my test with [PR#25316](https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/25316). Q6 and Q14a are all with subquery and the metrics of subquery are missing. @maryannxue What sql you tested? And I can reproduced in my cluster if needed.
