This introduces a C.colName shorthand for col("colName") in pyspark. ### Why are the changes needed? Scala has a nice concise $"colName" function, but python is forced to use col("colName"). This PR introduces C.colName as a short-hand version for pyspark. ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? See above. ### How was this patch tested? Added pyspark.sql.tests.test_functions.FunctionsTests.test_col_functions
